The Champagne Brut Rosé Réserve Exclusive Nicolas Feuillatte is the pride of the Maison's chef de cave, Guillaume Roffiaen.

The perfect synthesis of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, enriched by a touch of Chardonnay, makes this champagne, born with 16% red wine, an overwhelming explosion of summer red fruit aromas.

Thanks to three years of aging in the cellar, this champagne is enriched with a unique bouquet, which includes red fruits, raspberries, blueberries and wild strawberries, and gives the palate a seductive gentleness of flavors.

Precious and tantalizing bubbles, ideal for a romantic date, as an aperitif but also for a seductive dinner, with crunchy stuffed phyllo dough bundles, shrimp marinated in citrus juice and then grilled, or paired with strawberry dishes, from more classic risotto with the more technical pavlova.
