Description

Champagne P2 - or Plénitude Deuxième - is one of the rarest Millesimati of the Dom Pérignon maison, conceived by the visionary chef de cave Richard Geoffroy, which represents the ability of this priceless bubble to defy time and gradually acquire greater gustatory fullness. In particular, this version expresses the second phase of refinement and fullness of taste which is the result of 16 years of elaboration.

Champagne with an intense golden yellow color and an elegant and persistent perlage, it has a bouquet of hay and brioche, followed by persuasive notes of bergamot, peach and apricot. In the mouth it takes on a refined texture and a rich dark mineral trace, which is accompanied by refined smoky nuances of licorice and toasted malt.

Ideal in combination with caviar, it goes divinely with rich and elaborate dishes of haute cuisine.
