Champagne AOC Brut Millésimé 2015 Laurent-Perrier

The Champagne Brut Millésimé of the Maison Laurent-Perrier is born in vineyards cultivated in the historic area of Champagne.

It is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, hand-harvested in the selected vintage between the first and last week of September and then left to age for 8 years. This has contributed to making this Vintage Champagne very complex and extremely interesting in every aspect.

This Champagne Brut Millésimé has a light yellow color, with a delicate and elegant perlage. On the nose it offers a subtle but refined aroma of pineapple and dried apricot, enriched with toasted almond notes. In the mouth it is round and pleasant, thanks to an excellent balance between freshness and intensity. The finish is lively, with hints of white peach and plum.

Perfect to accompany the aperitif moment, it also goes excellently with fish and shellfish.
