Description

The Champagne Brut Cuvée del Dames of the Champagne Gremillet winery is born in vineyards located in a small village near Troyes, the historic capital of the Champagne area.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, pressed, fermented and vinified according to the classic Champenoise method.

The Cuvée des Dames has an elegant pale golden yellow color with bright green reflections. The perlage is fine, persistent and creamy, very slow and regular. The nose opens with floral hints of hawthorn, honeysuckle, dog rose, gorse and peonies, enriched with notes of warm bread, caramel and candied fruit. In the mouth there are the same aromas perceived on the nose, with a long and seductive finish.

It is ideal in combination with fish dishes in general, both cooked and raw, and shellfish.
