Description
Ernest Remy's Champagne Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru comes from vineyards located in the splendid Mailly-Champagne terroir.
It is produced exclusively with Pinot Noir grapes, harvested only by hand. After the classic winemaking processes, the sparkling process takes place by refermentation in the bottle. This champagne exceeds the 12 months of aging required by the specification, with a 36-month maturation on its lees.
This Blanc de Noirs by Ernest Remy has a gold color, with grayish reflections. The nose opens with notes of white-fleshed fruit, enriched with delicate hints of honey. In the mouth it recalls the very ripe pear and apple, leaving a pleasant persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with fish dishes, white meats and legumes.
