The production style of this bubbly reflects Pierre Legras's engineering-like approach, with control over the entire winemaking process that allows him to preserve the most frank and faithful aromas of the terroir. The signature of the maison is undoubtedly the malolactic fermentation that allows the acidity of the cuvées to be weakened without losing their aging potential, offering the possibility of developing very elegant aromas of butter and brioche.

This is a cuvée with a pale golden yellow color and a lively and refined perlage. The bouquet is sensual with violets, with hints of wild plum and fig, with hints of licorice in the finish. In the mouth it is soft, dry and fresh, with a fruity consistency that unfolds on aromas of apricot and mango.
