Description

Demonge's Champagne Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from the Epernay region. It is the fruit on the lees for at least 15 months.

It appears to the eye with a light golden yellow color enlivened by a minute and persistent perlage. The nose revolves around elegant sensations of white flowers punctuated by notes of yellow pulp fruit. In the mouth it is fragrant and fresh, with remarkable persistence.

It is perfect with shellfish dishes and with baked or smoked fish.
