Description

Yellow Label is the symbol label of the Veuve Clicquot maison resulting from the assembly of 50-60 different Champagne Cru. A bubble of rare complexity, given by the high presence of Pinot Noir grapes equal to 50-55%. The blend is completed with Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, in varying percentages according to the vintage.

Chef de Cave Dominique Demarville works to maintain the qualitative and stylistic consistency of this Champagne icon so as to make it immediately recognizable. For this reason it implements a precious assembly action that draws on the reserve wines of previous harvests.

It is tinged in the golden yellow glass, presenting a very fine and beautiful persistent bubbles. On the nose it is rich and broad, with fruity sensations of peach, Mirabelle plum and pear that blend admirably with vanilla and toasted brioche tones.

Suitable for high-level aperitifs, it is recommended to be paired with fish, salmon and seafood tartare, but also served in the company of Parmesan cheese flakes.
