Description

Piper-Heidsieck Vintage 2012 champagne is the perfect union of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, born from 12 different crus, of which 2/3 Grands and Premiers Crus.

The composition of the cuvée is followed by the stay on the lees for 5 years, and a further rest of 12 months after dégorgement.

An engaging champagne, with a golden colour and crystalline and elegant perlage, which offers citrus and Mediterranean aromas to the nose and warmer and smoky notes of almonds. It is voluptuous on the palate, with juicy notes of pomegranate and black cherry, and sweet honey aromas, with a long and silky finish.

A champagne of the highest level, perfect as an accompaniment to a gourmet dinner.
