Description
This champagne is made up of 20% Chardonnay grapes which give it finesse and elegance, 40% Pinot Noir which brings structure and roundness, and 40% Pinot Meunier grapes which add a fruity note and agility. Before seeing the light, it ages on its lees for 3 to 4 years in Nicolas Feuillatte's quarries.
It has a beautiful intense straw yellow. The nose offers expressive notes of pear and apricot compote. In the mouth it is light, fresh and vibrant.
The superfine taste of this champagne prefers the company of blue cheeses, smoked salmon or sea bass sashimi.
