Description

Champagne Brut La Part des Anges is produced by the Maison Godart et Fils, founded in 1948 by brothers Paul, André and Jean, who manage 6.3 hectares of vineyards in the crus of Moussy, Pierry, Chavot, Vinay and Bergères les Vertus.

Champagne is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, in equal parts. After the vinification, the sparkling process takes place according to the Champenoise method, with an aging on the lees for 36 months.

It is characterized by a golden yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with elegant aromas of yellow fruit, citrus fruits, brioche and toasted hazelnuts. On the palate it is fine and persistent.

Excellent as an aperitif or in combination with fish dishes.
