Description

The Cuvée Louise is an absolute masterpiece, created as a tribute to Louise Pommery's creative genius, better known as Madame Pommery. It is obtained from Chardonnay grapes from the Grand Cru vineyards of Avize and Cramant and from Pinot Noir grapes from the Grand Cru of Aÿ, undoubtedly among the most popular places in Champagne. By conveying all the expertise and production skills into a single label, it represents the stylistic peak of Pommery. It matures for at least 10 years inside the maison's gypsum quarries.

It has a straw yellow color of rare elegance, with subtle greenish touches. The nose seduces for the composure and harmony of its aromas, a generous bouquet that is substantiated by predominant biscuit notes, due to the very long time spent refining on its lees, which are joined by delicate hints of hazelnut, citrus and flowers white petal. The palate acts as an extension of the olfactory experience, bringing vividness and fragrance of aromas.

Bubbly for special occasions, to be combined with refined dishes such as a fish tartare or a seafood risotto.
