Description

Champagne Brut Cuvée Chemins des Terroirs contains 50% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. The De Sousa maison is one of the few "Recoltant Manipulant" companies (RM), that is, it produces champagne with only its own grapes. The De Sousa maison produces Champagne following organic and biodynamic agriculture.

The grape harvest is manual. The first fermentation takes place in steel, after which follows the refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method. Champagne ages on the lees for at least 24 months.

In the glass the wine appears of a brilliant golden yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose there are notes of yellow fruit, citrus peel, aromatic herbs and shortcrust pastry biscuit. The wine has an enveloping palate, with pleasant mineral and savory sensations. Good persistence in the mouth.

To drink as an aperitif and to combine with appetizers rich in seafood, first and second courses of fish.
