Description

Homage to Dom Thierry Ruinart, visionary spirit at the origin of the foundation of the Maison, Champagne Blanc de Blancs Dom Ruinart is an exceptional cuvée. A rare wine, the highest expression of the noblest Chardonnay Grand Cru, which offers an extraordinary tasting experience: 63% of the Côte des Blancs (mainly from Chouilly, Le Mesnil and Avize) and 37% of the northern slope of the Montagne de Reims ( mainly by Sillery and Puisieulx). A perfect combination that gives this vintage opulence and freshness, power and finesse.

Characterized by a bright straw yellow color and a particularly fine and persistent perlage, this champagne is expressed on the nose with a very soft and elegant, ethereal bouquet. Its notes, fresh and delicate, complemented by slightly roasted and brioche aromas, are typical of the Dom Ruinart style. The finish, characterized by a pleasant citrus note, gives a silky and refreshing acidity.

Perfect to accompany refined dishes based on fish and shellfish.
