Description

A blanc de blancs champagne in full Duval-Leroy style. A sans année that comes from the union of Chardonnay grapes harvested in the best Champagne crus, from the eastern suburbs of Reims to the famous Montgueux.

After a vinification made entirely in steel, it is followed by a second fermentation in the bottle with aging on the lees for just under 3 years.

Straw yellow with minute and persistent perlage, it opens on floral and mineral tones, reached by sensations of pastry, toffee and acacia honey. On the palate it is complex and deep, with good freshness and balance.

Perfect as an aperitif, it is recommended for escorting an elegant fish dinner.
