Description
The Champagne Rosé Brut Princesse Message on a Bottle is produced by the famous Maison de Venoge, founded in 1837 by Henri-Marc de Venoge in Èpernay. The grapes of his Champagnes come from the villages of Cramant, Avize, Mensil-sur-Oger, Ambonnay, Verzenay, Verzy and Les Riceys. The Princesse line proposes the historic bottles created by Joseph de Venoge and dedicated to royal princes.
It is made up of 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Champagne ages on the lees for 5 years.
It has a straw yellow color with golden reflections, enhanced by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, sensations of strawberry, gooseberry and citrus fruit are perceived. On the palate it is fresh and creamy, with a persistent finish.
Excellent as a refined aperitif, it is perfect in the company of shellfish and salmon.
