Description
Tarlant's Champagne Rosé Brut Nature is a sparkling wine produced in the Vallée de la Marne region of France. This Champagne Rosé is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes that give complexity and freshness to the wine. The grapes come from vines of about 45 years old located on sandy and chalky soils in Œuilly.
The vinification involves spontaneous fermentation in steel and wood, followed by six months of aging in barrique. Malolactic fermentation is not carried out and the wine is not filtered. The second refermentation takes place in the bottle, where the wine rests on the yeasts for at least five years before manual disgorging.
In the glass it presents itself with a bright pink color that tends to cherry, fascinating for its vivacity and transparency. On the nose this Champagne offers aromas of lychee, blood orange and paprika. In the mouth it is enveloping and fresh, with a character that invites you to discover new nuances with every sip, maintaining a perfect balance between structure and freshness.
Ideal to accompany dishes such as tagliatelle with white ragù or roast chicken with potatoes.
