Description
The Champagne Cuvèe Diamant Rosé is produced by the Maison di Champagne Vranken-Pommery, founded in 1976 by Paul-François Vranken. Champahne Vranken are famous for their quality, balance and aromatic finesse.
Cuvèe Diamant Rosé is made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, which are vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks and fermented with the help of selected yeasts. 10% of the Pinot Noir grapes are vinified in red. After refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, the wine ages on its lees for over 36 months.
In the glass it is salmon pink in color, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. The sip is very fresh and persistent.
This Champagne is excellent in combination with red meat or game dishes, or with fruit and chocolate desserts.
