Description

Sophie Bouchet's Champagne Brut Rosé Collection Classique is produced from grapes from the Ardre Valley and the Montagne de Reims.

Champagne is a blend of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, which are vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, where it ages on the lees for 2 years.

Salmon pink in color enriched by a fine and persistent perlage, it reveals aromas of crunchy small red fruits and notes of bread crust on the nose. The sip is fine and creamy.

It goes well with cold cuts appetizers, pizza and fish risottos.
