Description
Champagne Brut Grande Réserve by Sophie Bouchet is an elegant blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The grapes come from the prestigious hillside areas of the Ardre Valley and the Montagne de Reims, renowned for the exceptional quality of their vineyards. This wine region of Champagne takes its name from the Ardre River, which runs alongside and under some of the vineyards.
The grapes used are vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve the purity of the fruit and its natural freshness. After vinification, the wine is aged in the cellar for a period of 6 years, a time that allows it to develop a remarkable complexity. After aging, this Champagne is disgorged and rests for at least 6 months before being marketed, ensuring a perfect harmony of flavors.
It has a bright straw gold color with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose perceives delicate aromas of candied fruit, which evolve into more complex notes as the wine breathes. On the palate it offers a balanced structure, with a notable length that leaves a lasting impression of elegance and refinement.
This Champagne is suitable as an aperitif and pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish dishes.
