Description
Philippe Lancelot's Champagne Grand Cru Nature Blanc de Blancs Cramant comes from vineyard plots located in the surroundings of Cramant, a Grand Cru classification village in the Côte des Blancs. The soil, almost exclusively made up of a block of pure chalk that emerges on the surface, is ideal for the cultivation, carried out according to the rules of biodynamics, of the Chardonnay vine.
The fermentation was completed with techniques that respect the natural integrity of the wine, followed by aging in wood and stainless steel without the addition of sulphites. This method preserves the purity and authenticity of the wine profile.
Visually, the wine stands out for its golden yellow color. On the nose, intense notes of apple, spices and fresh brioche emerge, inviting a rich and complex taste. In the mouth, the wine exhibits a powerful and balanced character, with a predominance of citrus fruits clearly manifesting itself, offering a robust structure and persistent freshness.
This champagne is ideal both as an aperitif and to accompany a complete meal, thanks to its structure and complexity which make it a perfect complement to various culinary preparations, enhancing both delicate dishes and more intense flavours.
