Champagne AOC Grand Cru Extra Brut Collery

Collery's Champagne Grand Cru Extra Brut is a quality sparkling wine of great elegance, obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, coming from the best Grand Cru vineyards of the Champagne region, in France.

Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation completed. A portion of the blend is aged in wooden barrels, adding complexity and depth to this wine.

This Champagne has an intense golden yellow color and amber reflections, accompanied by a perlage of fine and dynamic bubbles. On the nose, a mineral freshness is perceived with notes of hawthorn, which open to hints of candied citrus fruits such as orange and lemon. On the palate, it is broad and fruity, with accents of pink grapefruit and lime, which lead to a long finish.

This Extra Brut Champagne is suitable to accompany both festive moments and complete meals or aperitifs.
