Marguet's Champagne Marguet Lieux-Dits Le Parc is an authentic expression of the renowned terroir of the Champagne region. Produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, this Champagne embodies the essence of biodynamics and aromatherapy applied to the Bouzy vineyards. Benoît Marguet, custodian of 8 hectares of vineyards on the southern slopes of Ambonnay and Bouzy, applies a production philosophy that respects the environment and valorises the terroir.

The soil is worked with ancient techniques using horses, maintaining a delicate and respectful approach that favors the ecological balance between flora and fauna, promoting the qualitative growth of the grapes. Each parcel is vinified separately in wooden barrels and aged for four years on the lees, with minimal use of sulfur in line with biodynamic principles, to create an authentic and uncompromising champagne.

Marguet Lieux-Dits Le Parc Champagne has a golden yellow hue and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose there is an elegant and complex bouquet, with hints of apple, citrus fruits and mineral notes. In the mouth it is creamy, lean and complex.
