The Champagne Rosé Grand Cru Brut Variation is produced by the Maison Seconé-Simon, which is located in Ambonnay, in the Reims mountain, and manages 6 hectares of vineyards.
Champagne is composed exclusively of Pinot Noir grapes. After being vinified, the wine is made into sparkling wine according to the Champenoise method, with a 3-year aging on the lees.
It is characterized by a pink color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with aromas of red fruits, strawberry, raspberry, enriched with hints of citrus. On the palate it is vinous and delicate, with a persistent finish.
