Description
The Champagne Extra Brut Rosé Première Cuvée by Bruno Paillard is a Champagne of rare beauty, very fine and elegant.
It is produced mostly from Pinot Noir grapes, joined by a smaller percentage of Chardonnay. Pinot Noir is used in 3 different forms, while Chardonnay gives this wine the elegance needed to dose the fruity flavor of Pinot Noir. Poorly dosed, like the other Champagnes of the Maison, this wine is an authentic brut.
Characterized by a pink color tending towards raspberry when young and then tending towards salmon color with aging. On the nose it opens with a sweet bouquet of ripe red fruits such as currant, cherry and wild strawberry, enriched by fresh and light notes of lemon. With age, the aromas evolve towards black fruits. On the palate it is fresh, elegant and lively.
Perfect to serve during aperitifs, it goes perfectly with white meats and fresh cheeses.
