Description

The Champagne Les Hauts d'Épernay Extra Brut by Philippe Lancelot is produced in the renowned area of Epernay, famous for its hilly terrain ideal for viticulture. This champagne is the result of organic cultivation, respectful of the environment and attentive to the quality of the final product. The vines used are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier, selected to create a balanced and refined blend.

The fermentation of this champagne is carried out with care, followed by aging in wood and steel. This maturation process helps to develop the aromatic and gustatory complexity of the wine.

Visually, it presents a golden yellow color and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers a rich bouquet of peach, sweet orange and white fruits. In the mouth, the wine is full-bodied, broad and enveloping, with a deep sip that is both expressive and incisive.

This champagne is ideal as an aperitif or to end the evening. It is also perfect for accompanying appetizers, fish dishes, shellfish, cheeses and lean fish, where its structure and complexity can enhance the delicate flavors of these foods.
