Description
The Champagne Inattendue Blanc de Blancs by Huré Frères is produced exclusively from Chardonnay vines selected from the terroirs of Ludes and Rilly La Montagne. These areas are characterized by soils composed of deep layers of chalk covered by clay, ideal conditions for the development of high quality Chardonnay.
This Champagne matures on the lees for a period of between 4 and 5 years, thus allowing it to develop complexity and creaminess over time. This long refinement helps to strengthen the unique character and structure of the wine.
Visually, it presents a straw yellow color, clear and brilliant. On the nose, it offers a beautiful aromatic intensity with notes of hawthorn and lemon, which prelude to a creamy, broad and balanced palate. The finish is fresh, making every sip inviting.
It is ideal as an aperitif and pairs wonderfully with cooked fish dishes. Its delicacy and charm make it an excellent companion for celebrating special occasions and convivial moments, enhancing every gastronomic experience with elegance and refinement.
