Champagne AOC Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Damien Hugot

Damien Hugot's Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes selected from the Grand Cru vineyards of Cramant and Chouilly, in the heart of the prestigious Côte des Blancs. This area is famous for its ability to produce grapes of exceptional quality.

After the classic processes of white winemaking, the sparkling process follows the champenoise method, with a second fermentation in the bottle, followed by a period of refinement on its own yeasts of at least 15 months.

It presents itself to the eye with a straw yellow color enriched by a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers fresh notes of green apple, citrus fruits and a light hint of almond. The palate is soft, fresh and lively, giving a pleasant drinkability.

It is particularly suitable in combination with fish and seafood dishes.
