Description

The Champagne 4 Eléments Pinot Meunier La Grosse Pierre by Huré Frères comes from the Lieu-Dit Le Grosse Pierre, a terroir with soil rich in clay and layers of chalk, located in the Premier Cru of Ludes. These historic vineyards, planted in 1963, give the wine a unique depth and character, enhanced by careful viticulture that respects the territory.

The fermentation and refinement of this champagne take place in demi-muids, a method that preserves and accentuates the natural qualities of Meunier, fully expressing the peculiarities of this grape variety. This process gives the wine an aromatic structure and integrity that is reflected in an excellent tasting experience.

Visually, it presents itself with golden reflections and a finely persistent perlage. On the nose, intense notes of green apple, citrus fruit, yeast and brioche emerge. On the palate, the wine is acidic and sparkling, surprising with its precision and freshness, a tribute to the quality of the terroir.

This champagne is particularly suitable for refined aperitifs or to accompany dinners based on white meats, fatty fish or sweet cheeses. Its versatility and elegance make it an ideal companion for special moments, enhancing each dish with its character.
