Description
Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut is an iconic Champagne, the emblem of the historic Maison founded in 1785. With its fresh and lively style, this wine perfectly represents the elegance and distinctive character of great Champagnes. The tin, decorated with a beautiful illustration by artist David Doran, depicts a relaxing summer scene, with elements that recall the French joie de vivre, making this Champagne an excellent choice for a special gift or for a unique occasion.
Champagne is the result of the union of the classic vines of the champenois blend, composed mainly of Pinot Noir grapes from over 100 crus distributed in the denomination, and Pinot Meunier from the Grande and Petit Montagne of Reims. The cuvée is completed with a good percentage of reserve wines. Maturation lasts on the lees for at least 24 months.
On the nose it opens with aromas of white pulp fruit, citrus and fresh almond, followed by delicate nuances of brioche and floral notes. On the palate it is fresh and vibrant, with a pleasant effervescence and a long and mineral finish that enhances the structure and balance of this Champagne.
Perfect to accompany shellfish-based aperitifs or delicate fish dishes.
