Description
Dourdon-Vieillard's Champagne Brut Tradition comes to life from a careful blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay grapes, grown in suitable plots in the municipality of Reuil, on the clay-limestone soils typical of the Marne Valley. Refines for at least 4 years on the yeasts.
It presents itself to the eye with a beautiful straw yellow color and a regular perlage. Citrus and beeswax sensations emerge on the nose, accompanied by aromas reminiscent of lime and quince. On the palate it is soft, harmonious, pleasantly fruity.
Suitable for any occasion, it goes well with appetizers, fish and shellfish.
