Description
The Eiffel Tower Cuvée by De Venoge is a limited edition champagne created to celebrate 130 years since the inauguration of the symbol of France among the most visited in the world. The Eiffel Tower was built on the occasion of the 1889 Universal Exposition, whose official partner was precisely the De Venoge champagne. In addition, the shape of the Princes bottles follows in a surprising way the geometry of the tower.
It is obtained from the traditional grapes of Champagne, Chardonnay, Pinot Nero and Pinot Meunier, which are found in equal proportions. It ages for 5 years on its lees before being placed on the market dosed brut.
It is a bubble characterized by a yellow color with a special radiance and a perlage of beautiful finesse and persistence. Satisfy the nose with aromas of bread crust, almond and hazelnut. The sip is delicate and harmonious, with an excellent correspondence to the sense of smell to which a balanced minerality is added.
To be uncorked with entrées and refined main courses based on white meat or fish.
