Description
Champagne Brut Rosé de Saignée is produced by the Maison Morel, located in Les Riceys, in the Côte des Bar.
Champagne is made exclusively from Pinot Noir. The grapes are vinified first of all with a permanence on the skins of approx. 4 days, according to the "de cuvaison" method. The wine is made sparkling according to the Champenoise method, with 5 years of aging on the lees.
Pink in color and with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry. The sip is fresh, with good persistence.
To be combined with risottos and legume and mollusc soups and with fruit desserts.
