Description
Armand de Brignac's Champagne Brut Rosé is born from the blending of three vintages, with grapes from some of the most prestigious terroirs in the region. It is produced in the underground cellars of the Cattier family castle at a depth of 30 meters, characterized by a constant temperature and ideal for refining champagne. Today the Armand de Brignac brand belongs to rapper Jay-Z. The prestigious bottles are coated in metal and finished by polishing and applying French pewter labels by hand. They are protected by a black lacquered box adorned with the famous symbol of the Ace of Spades. The wine is produced according to the traditional procedures of the champenoise method. A bottle of Armand de Brignac passes through the hands of no more than 18 highly qualified people and no two are alike.
In the glass, the wine appears a medium intense and bright pink color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is rich and complex and reveals hints of red currant and cherry, citrus, ginger, bread crust and aromatic herbs. The sip is soft and complex, characterized by an excellent length.
Ideal for a prestigious aperitif, it goes particularly well with salami hors d'oeuvres and meat carpaccio.
