Description
The Champagne Brut Rosé 1er Cru by Eugène Quinet is an example of rare elegance, produced in Pierry, in a vineyard classified as Premier Cru near Epernay, the beating heart of the Champagne region.
This refined champagne is mainly made from Chardonnay grapes, with an addition of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, harvested exclusively by hand. The vinification takes place in steel and is followed by secondary fermentation according to the Champenoise method which involves a second fermentation in the bottle. It refines for 15 months on its own yeasts.
It has a brilliant pink color and a minute and persistent perlage that anticipates an olfactory bouquet in which lively notes of raspberry, strawberry and cherry emerge, which define an inviting and intensely fruity bouquet. On the palate it is elegant and velvety.
Ideal as an aperitif or paired with white meats, it is perfect to pair with sushi.
