Description
Tarlant’s Champagne Zero Brut Nature comes from the Vallée de la Marne and is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, Petit Meslier and Pinot Noir. The grapes come from 45-year-old vines on limestone soil.
After a soft pressing, the wine ages for six months in barrique, without malolactic, filtration or clarification. It then ages for at least six years on the lees in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, which enhances the characteristics of the terroir.
In the glass it presents an intense straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers a complex bouquet of dried fruit, citrus and honeyed notes; while on the palate it is elegant, structured and intense, with a perfect balance between flavor and minerality.
Perfect paired with dishes such as raw seafood, red shrimp risotto, or sautéed seafood.
