Description

Tarlant's Champagne L'Étincelante Prestige Millésime is a Brut Nature blended with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. The grapes come from six parcels in four different villages, with 40-year-old vines, on different terroirs.

After spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in Burgundy barrels, this wine has aged for over 15 years on its lees, without final dosage.

It has a sparkling lemon yellow color and very fine perlage. This Champagne offers a complex aromatic expression of hazelnuts, almonds, apples and lemon. It has a creamy, mineral and very elegant palate, as well as a balanced acidity.

This Champagne is suitable to pair with fish-based dishes but also with veal fillet.
