Champagne AOC Brut Nature Les Moineaux 2017 Minière F&R

The Champagne Les Moineaux by Minière F&R is a Blanc de Blancs obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes, coming from the Lieu-Dit of the same name in the Montagne de Reims. The vines, over 50 years old, are cultivated with great respect for nature, reflecting the traditional approach of the Minière winery, founded in 1919 and located near Hermonville.

The vinification takes place in wooden barrels, with aging on the yeasts for five years. This process gives the wine a complex structure and remarkable finesse. Champagne Les Moineaux is a Brut Nature, without final dosage, enhancing the purity and minerality of the Chardonnay.

On the nose, it offers aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and notes of toasted almond. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and liveliness, with flavors of lemon, green apple and a light mineral note. The bubbles are fine and persistent, giving the wine an elegant and refined sensation.

Perfect to pair with fresh oysters and raw fish.
