Champagne AOC Brut Nature Eurêka! Chavost

Eurêka Champagne! Brut Nature is a sparkling wine produced from grapes grown on a north-facing clay-limestone terroir. The estate was created in 1946 by the winemakers of Chavot-Courcourt. Chavost is the ancestral name of the village located between the Saint-Martin church and the Mont-Félix hill, on which a castle once stood. The maison produces Champagne from organic farming. This label belongs to the range of Champagnes without added sulphites.

The blend is made up of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Meunier, all obtained from the cuvée (first pressing of the press). The winemaking takes place with spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and second fermentation thanks to the indigenous yeasts of the grapes, without the addition of sulphites or other additives. No sugar is added when making the wine. This wine has not been subjected to any oenological treatment and its slight cloudiness does not change its gustatory qualities.

Perfect to enjoy alone or combined with refined fish and seafood dishes, fresh cheeses and light appetizers.
