Champagne Brut AOC Louis XV 2012 De Venoge

Dedicated to King Louis XV: Champagne Brut Louis XV Millésimé wants to be the celebration of a fundamental historical moment for Champagne and for the whole of France. In 1728, in fact, it was Louis XV who promulgated the law that made it possible to transport bottles of Champagne, hitherto considered too fragile to support travel.

La Maison De Venoge is located in the Epernay area and this vintage expression of its Champagne comes from grapes - 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay - harvested exclusively in the best Grand Cru and only in the best vintages. It rests on the lees for 12 long years before reaching the complexity and elegance that characterize it.

The perlage heralds the elegance of its personality, as well as the bright golden color. The nose is fine in the memories of orange peel and grapefruit, fragrant shortcrust pastry and butter, custard and vanilla pods.
