Description
This Champagne Louis Bouvier by Baron Albert comes from the Marne Valley and is a blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The grapes are selected from 7 villages in the region, giving the wine its distinctive and refined character. A small part of the wine is vinified or aged in wood to add complexity to the cuvée.
The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, following the noble tradition of Champagne. After fermentation, the wine is aged in the cellar for a period of 2 to 3 years, to develop its aromatic qualities and the finesse of the perlage.
On the nose and palate, this Champagne stands out for its fruity, pleasant and elegant character. Its fresh and delicate notes make it a versatile wine, ideal for enjoying in various convivial moments.
Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with vegetable skewers, apricots wrapped in bacon or a cold buffet.
