Description

The Champagne Brut Historie de Famille is produced by the Denis Salomon winery from the Vandières, Verneuil and Damery crus.

This Blanc de Noirs is made exclusively from Pinot Meunier grapes. The must is vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks and lightly filtered. The wine is then made sparkling according to the champenoise method and ages on the lees for 30 months.

It has a straw yellow color in the glass and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of white pulp fruit, sweet spices and notes of bread crust. The sip is creamy and expressive, with excellent persistence.

Ideal as an aperitif, it can be enjoyed throughout the meal.
