Description

The Champagne Brut Grande Réserve is produced by Domaine Lagille, managed by Maud and Vincent, brother and sister from a family of winemakers from Treslon, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims.

Champagne is made up of 1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Noir and 1/3 Pinot Meunier. The vinification takes place for 15% in wooden barrels, for the rest in steel tanks. The sparkling process according to the Champenoise method subsequently requires aging on the lees for 5 years.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with aromas of ripe fruit and white flowers. On the palate it is creamy, fresh and persistent.

Excellent with shellfish, raw fish and sushi.
