Description
Emile Leclère's Champagne Brut Réserve is produced in Mardeuil, a charming village in the Vallée de la Marne, 2 km from Épernay, one of the renowned wine regions in Champagne. Vincent and Marie, the fifth generation of winemakers, cultivate 12 hectares of vineyards as independent vignerons. This dedication to viticulture, combined with the unique location of their terroir, gives this Champagne a distinctive character, celebrating the craftsmanship and excellence of the French winemaking tradition.
Winemaking follows a rigorous traditional process, which begins with the manual harvesting of the grapes to ensure the highest quality of the grapes. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature, followed by a long maturation phase on the yeasts, enhancing the aromatic complexity and unique creaminess of this champagne. The traditional methods of "remuage" (riddling) and "degorgement" (disgorging) are performed by hand, according to classic methods, to ensure the finest quality and elegance of the bubbles.
On the palate, Emile Leclère's Champagne Brut Reserve stands out for its extraordinary elegance and harmony. It presents a rich and complex bouquet, with notes of ripe white fruit, citrus fruits, white flowers and light hints of toasted bread and hazelnut. The bubbles are very fine and persistent, which blends perfectly with the freshness and minerality typical of champagne, giving a balanced and persistent finish.
This Champagne is the perfect match for elegant aperitifs and gourmet dishes. It pairs perfectly with oysters, seafood appetizers, fish carpaccio and soft cheeses. Its versatility makes it ideal for pairing with light main courses or taking center stage in celebrations and special toasts.
