Description
Eugène Quinet's Champagne Brut Cuvée is produced from vineyards located on the outskirts of Epernay, in the heart of the Champagne region.
This special cuvée is composed of a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir, carefully selected and harvested by hand. The fermentation takes place in steel, followed by a traditional second fermentation according to the Champenois method. The aging on the yeasts lasts 15 months.
It has a straw yellow color accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. Fresh citrus and floral notes stand out on the nose. The sip is balanced and generous, with notable persistence.
Versatile champagne, ideal for accompanying any meal, from finger food to dessert. It is perfect as an aperitif.
