Description
The Champagne Cuvèe Diamant Blanc de Blancs is produced by the Maison of Champagne Vranken-Pommery, founded in 1976 by Paul-François Vranken. Champahne Vranken are famous for their quality, balance and aromatic finesse.
The Cuvèe Diamant Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, which are vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks and fermented with the help of selected yeasts. After refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, the wine ages on its lees for over 8 years.
In the glass it is golden yellow in color, with fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is elegant, with aromas of acacia flowers and pink grapefruit, concluding with toasted notes. The sip is very fresh and persistent.
This Champagne can be a refined aperitif and accompany both raw fish and shellfish.
