Gosset Celebris is the flagship of the oldest Champagne house, founded in 1584 in Aÿ. This prestige cuvée, produced only in the best years, combines the elegance of Chardonnay and the structure of Pinot Noir. Its complex notes of dried fruit and candied citrus celebrate Gosset's long tradition of craftsmanship, offering a sip of pure refinement and history.

Description

The Gosset Celebris Vintage 2012 is an exceptional expression of Champagne, with a blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, highlighting elegance, fruitiness and structure. This vintage reflects the quality of the 2012 vintage, carefully selected for its typicity and freshness of fruit.

After the harvest, the wine was bottled the following spring and aged for at least 10 years in the cellar, with a moderate dosage to maintain a perfect balance. This long aging highlights the complexity and vinosity of the Champagne, without masking its purity and character.

It presents itself with a bright golden hue and a fine effervescence. On the nose, the fresh notes of pears and citrus stand out, evolving towards complex gourmand nuances of tarte bourdaloue. On the palate, it offers a structured depth, balancing tension and density with a palate rich in citrus, vanilla flowers and red fruits.

Perfect both as an aperitif and at the table, it pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, from exotic cuisine to seafood, white meats and fresh desserts, enhancing each dish with its refined complexity.
