Description
Eugène Quinet's Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs is an authentic expression of Pierry, coming from a prestigious Premier Cru vineyard located on the outskirts of Epernay, in the heart of the renowned Champagne region.
It is made exclusively from selected and hand-harvested Chardonnay grapes. The winemaking takes place by fermentation in steel, followed by secondary fermentation according to the Champenoise method with refermentation in the bottle. The champagne then ages on its own yeasts for 15 months.
It stands out for its straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose there are delicate notes of pear, white flowers and a touch of spices. On the palate it is elegant and silky, with a clean and clear finish.
It is ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with fish and shellfish dishes.
