Champagne Fleur Noir is a Blanc de Noirs made of 100% Pinot Noir.

Winemaking involves fermentation with moderate dosage, enhancing the varietal characteristics of the grapes. This Brut is produced with the "Coeur de Cuvée" and matures for at least 5 years, expressing a powerful and distinctive character. The long aging in the bottle allows the wine to develop a rich structure and deep aromas.

On the palate, Champagne Fleur Noir is rich and well-structured, with aromas of wild peaches, cherries, lemon and toasted notes. The finish is long, refreshing and spicy, offering a complete and persistent sensory experience.

This Champagne pairs perfectly with duck breast or a rare steak with peppercorn sauce and roasted new potatoes, enhancing the complexity and depth of the dishes.
