Tarlant's Champagne La Vigne d'Or is produced exclusively from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes from a single plot over 50 years old in the Vallée de la Marne, on chalky soil mixed with clay.

After an initial fermentation in barriques without malolactic, the wine ages on the lees in the bottle for at least 16 years. This long refinement gives this Champagne great aromatic complexity and a powerful structure.

It has a deep, amber color, with a fine, creamy perlage. The nose recalls notes of ripe, exotic fruit. The sip is taut and compact, lively and elegant. Juiciness and spiciness fill the palate and give freshness, with a long, persistent finish.

This Champagne Blanc de Meuniers is a sparkling wine with great character, perfect to accompany structured and tasty dishes.
